- One year old, about 20 pounds, almost house trained, no off leash or apts
- good with other dogs, not sure about cats
Becca is a cuddly young girl who came from a home where she was not exposed to many other dogs, but she is learning quickly. She is very proud that she is getting so much better at her recall skills in the backyard and is getting much better at walking on a leash. Like most beagles, Becca howls, so she would not do well in an apartment, however, she is generally quiet and only howls when she feels she has reason to do so.
Beagles are hunting dogs and therefore do not do well off leash and Becca is no exception. She now loves to play with other dogs and she loves all people, however, she has not yet been exposed to cats. She is learning to respect the older dogs and find her place in the pack. Becca is working on her crate training, but her foster mom describes her as generally very good in the house. She is working on her house training and basic commands, and is an all around lovely dog looking for a loving family.
